Returns & Replacements

Jewelry purchased from Mashka online store
If are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept the jewelry you purchased for return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. The jewelry must be return in a new and unused condition. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund on your credit card. We can not refund shipping charges on returned or exchanged items. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the actual cost of shipping and handling subtracted from the refund.
To return or exchange an item, please send an email to request a return authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept returns without an RA number.

Jewelry purchased from a Mashka retail store
Unworn jewelry can be returned for store credit or exchange only within 10 days from the date purchase with a valid receipt. No refunds.Special orders are final sale.

International Orders

To place international orders, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@mashka.com. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for credit. Duties and Tariffs may apply for international orders, including Canada. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
